Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscription Agreement & Billing Terms

By completing a subscription purchase, you expressly authorize recurring charges in accordance with the subscription plan selected at checkout, including the frequency, duration, and pricing disclosed at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions are offered at a discounted rate in exchange for a minimum commitment of more than one order. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that at least one additional recurring charge will occur prior to cancellation eligibility under the subscription terms.

Your payment method on file will be securely stored and automatically charged for each scheduled shipment unless you choose to prepay in advance or cancel your subscription prior to the next billing cycle.

Some subscription plans automatically renew at the end of their term unless actively canceled by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to manage or cancel their subscription prior to renewal to avoid future charges.

Customers may cancel or modify their subscription at any time through the self-service link provided in their order confirmation emails. Access to subscription management tools is provided at the time of purchase and in all related order communications.

By placing an order, the customer confirms they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to these subscription terms at checkout.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. 

 
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

 
Try before you buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
