Subscription Cancellation & Auto-Refill Policy

Some products may be offered through a subscription or auto-refill option. This policy explains the terms regarding subscription enrollment, recurring billing, and cancellation requests.

Subscription Agreement & Billing Authorization

By completing a subscription purchase, you expressly authorize recurring charges according to the subscription plan selected at checkout, including the applicable billing frequency, pricing, and renewal schedule disclosed at the time of purchase.

Subscription plans are offered at a discounted rate in exchange for a minimum commitment of more than one order. By enrolling in a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that at least one additional recurring order may be processed before the subscription becomes eligible for cancellation.

Auto-Refill Processing & Cancellation Timing

Subscription orders are automatically generated according to the billing schedule selected at checkout. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next scheduled auto-refill order is created and processed.

Once an auto-refill order has been generated, payment has been processed, or the order has entered fulfillment preparation, the cancellation window for that shipment has closed. At that point, the order has already been allocated for processing and cannot be cancelled as a subscription cancellation request.

Cancelling a subscription will prevent future recurring orders but does not automatically cancel orders that have already been created, processed, or entered fulfillment.

Managing Your Subscription

Customers may manage or cancel their subscription through the subscription management link provided in their order confirmation emails or through available account tools. Customers are responsible for cancelling their subscription prior to the next scheduled refill date to avoid additional charges.

By placing a subscription order, the customer confirms that they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to these subscription terms, including the recurring billing schedule, minimum commitment, and cancellation timing requirements.
